IF YOU INTEND TO USE CRIB FOR A REAL BABY
Federal Safety Regulations require space between vertical bars
of these beds to be no wider than 2 3/8".
WE CAN CONVERT MOST OF THE IRON BABY BEDS TO SAFETY BETWEEN BARS
THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $450 TO DO THIS.

"As Is" furniture or beds or items will be shipped within 3-6 weeks
unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in writing, electronic
or by mail. Customers order constitutes agreement of these terms
or shipping. Layaway items will be shipped according to the above
after items are paid out of layaway.
**Returns:
All sales are final. Absolutely no returns will be
accepted without the express authorization of Loading Dock Antiques,
and then only for damaged goods. No cash refunds will be made.
Freight damaged goods will be repaired or replaced by Loading Dock
Antiques and returned to customer after ample time for repair.
Customers order constitutes agreement of these terms.
Shipping: Customized furniture or
beds or items will be shipped within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon
in writing, electronic or by mail. All beds are shipped in a wooden crate via tail gate
shipping.. All damaged shipments must be examined and reported to carrier while he
is still there on day of delivery. We will not be responsible for damaged shipments
that are not reported to Loading Dock Antiques and Delivery Person to documented on bill
of lading on day of delivery. Absolutely no
returns will be accepted without the express authorization of Loading Dock Antiques, and
then only for damaged goods. No cash refunds will be made. Any
damage must be reported to driver and documented on bill of lading at time of delivery
with no exceptions.. Damaged goods will be repaired or replaced at equal value by
Loading Dock Antiques and returned to customer after ample time for repair.
Customers order constitutes agreement of these terms.
