Rules 1. No purchase or payment necessary to enter the A-Mart U.S.A. Sweepstakes or Contest. 2. The A-Mart U.S.A. Scavenger Hunt Contest runs for 90 day periods. This 90 day period ends March 30, 2002. All correct entries received within this 90 period will be eligible for drawing to be held at the end of the 90 day period. Correct entries received after the 90 period will be automatically entered in the next drawing. 3. Only one entry shall be accepted per person/family. For your entry to be valid, you must answer all questions on the entry form correctly. You must be 21 years of age or over to enter or win. In lieu of electronic entry, you may submit an entry by mail to: A-Mart U.S.A., Scavenger Hunt Contest, P.O. Box 455, Murchison, TX 75778. 4. Winner will be determined by a random drawing, to be held 5 days after the close of each 90 day period, from all eligible entries that have identified the items and were received for the contest term. Winner will be awarded the prize specified above, with style and selection being that of the A-Mart U.S.A. for this particular contest. Prize will be shipped to winner within 30 days of close of contest or 30 days after return of the completed and executed declaration and releases where required. 5. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail within 5 days of the drawing. Winner will have 7 days from notification to accept the prize. The A-Mart U.S.A. or the sponsors or A-Mart U.S.A. Contest or Sweepstakes is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. 6. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prize. 7. By accepting and/or using prize, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases where required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. 8. The A-Mart U.S.A. Contest or Sweepstakes or sponsors thereof shall not be responsible for any damages, taxes, or expenses that the winner might incur as a result of this sweepstakes, or receipt and/or use of prize. Prizes are awarded on the condition that A-Mart U.S.A., their sponsors, constituents, employees, or subsidiaries will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance and/or possession of the prizes. 9. Contest open to the residents of the United States of America and countries speaking the English language 10. By participating in the contests and sweepstakes run by A-Mart U.S.A., each participant agrees to the terms set forth within the above stated rules and regulations. 11.
